HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY STATEMENT

Our unwavering commitment is to provide secure and healthy working conditions, preventing work-related illnesses and injuries, while safeguarding the environment to ensure pollution prevention and sustainable management of natural resources. This commitment serves as a steadfast operational principle across all facets of our organization.
In accordance with this commitment:
- HSE risks will be systematically controlled following a hierarchical approach. Workers and, where applicable, their representatives will actively participate in HSE decision-making processes.
- The HSE management system will adhere to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, driven by responsible objectives aimed at continual improvement and the enhancement of HSE performance.
- HSE competence will be maintained at all organizational levels through formal and informal means of competence acquisition.
- The review of this policy will be prompted by changing contexts, with a maximum duration of three years.
